Caron Admin Services was established in 2019 with the goal of achieving a better work-life balance for myself. Fortunately, the timing aligned perfectly with the dental world’s transition to a more remote positive workforce in 2020, amidst the Covid shutdowns and changes.

 

My journey in dentistry began in 2011 as an expanded functions dental assistant. Early on, I found myself drawn to administrative tasks, serving as a bridge between the front and back offices due to my dual roles.

 

From the onset of my career, I aimed to reshape patients’ perceptions of dentistry, one appointment at a time. Transitioning into administrative responsibilities, I discovered a passion for advocating for dentists and patients alike. Whether it was navigating insurance benefit payments or crafting successful appeals, I found fulfillment in ensuring smooth financial processes.

 

Moreover, I discovered immense satisfaction in implementing structured office operations and systems. Evolving from a dental nerd to a system creator, I developed SOPs that streamlined workflows for all.

 

Now operating remotely, I take joy in supporting dentists and offices nationwide. From recovering unclaimed revenues deemed uncollectible to optimizing front desk systems, I alleviate the burdens faced by overwhelmed office managers and staff.

 

The dental field can be demanding, often leading to burnout among front desk staff, clinicians, and office managers. I am driven by the opportunity to assist practices in reclaiming their passion for dentistry and restoring balance to their professional and personal lives. Together, we can ensure that dental professionals find fulfillment in their work and reclaim the joy in their lives outside the office.
